Etienne spent 15 years as CIO at L'Occitane. Expert in digital transformation and operating omni-channel retailing, he led definition, implementation, maintenance and related organization and process changes of all Information Systems for L’Occitane Group.
After a first experience in entrepreneurship, Agnès spent 10 years in marketing & digital at L'Occitane. She led the development of the digital practice in more than 30 countries, with focus on digital strategy, e-commerce, e-CRM, omni-channel projects & traffic acquisition.
Yohan has a developer and architect background, and has been working to implement complex e-commerce solution since more than 8 years.
William has over 15 years in the product and business side of software and internet with focus on travel and fintech. He led Go-to-Market Strategy and Business Development , successfully launching several products internationally with millions of customers.
